Zoho has realeased a really helpful wizard to transfer all your notes and clipping from Google Notebook to Zoho Notebook. You can think Zoho Notebook same as Google Notebook. Zoho Notebook works on the same model as Google and has every feature simillar to Google Notebook. I found nothing different between the two Notebooks except the names.
You also do not need to signup for Zoho account separately. You can use your Google or Yahoo acccount information to access Zoho Notebook. This further simplifies the process of moving from Google Notebook to Zoho.
Once you login to Zoho Notebook you can see a link to ‘Import Google Notebook’ in the header navigation panel. Zoho provides two ways to transfer your Google Notebook to them. The first way to transfer Google Notebook to Zoho is to upload Google Notebook as Atom(.xml) to Zoho and the scond way is to use their add-on for Mozilla FireFox and transfer your notebook to Zoho.
To Import Google Notebook as Atom(.xml) to Zoho
1. Login to Google Notebook
2. Click Manage notebooks on the left hand side.
3. Click export on which notebook you want to export.
4. Click Atom, You will be prompted to save a file. Save that file to your disk.
5. Now click Browse or Choose file button provided below, to select the saved file.
6. Click Import.
7. Go to Zoho Import page and upload .xml file.
To Import Google Notebook using FireFox add-on
1. Download the Zoho Notebook Helper 1.0b3 plugin from Z0ho
2. Restart FireFox
3. Login to Zoho Notebook as well as Google Notebook
4. Now add the following link to your FireFox address bar(without http://)
chrome://zoho-notebook/content/g2z.html
Now start the import wizard and you will find all your Google Notebook notes available in Zoho within minutes.

if Zoho & Google notebook has nothing different except the name, then whats the point in migrating!
Google is a trusted name after all.
Google has decided to stop their notebook service, so I suggested Zoho Notebook
