Find out who visited your Blog from twitter – Twitter Remote

By Aditya On February 13, 2009 Under Blogging, Tech Tips

twitter-counter1TwitterCounter has developed a very nice web application called twitter Remote that can show you twiterers that recently visited your blog. A well customizable widget is provided by the developers at Twitter Remote to embed in your blog and see the twitter’s referral visitors that visited your blog or website in real time.

You can go to TwitterRemote page and enter your username to get your twitter remotewidget. The most important and good thing about this web application is that it doesn’t demand your twitter login credentials and so you do not need to worry. Once you have entered your twitter username, you can customize the widget by setting color, number of rows, width of the widget, etc. Once you have configured everything right, you can push the “preview/get code” button to see your widget. The widget will show your username, your twitter followers and your twitter profile photo aligned to left, in the widget header. The people visiting your blog through twitter will have their username, profile photo and number of followers just below the header in form of rows.

Another cool feature of Twitter Remote is that you can click on username of people in the widget and see a detailed statistics about the user like growth in followers or recent replies.

This new tool is a great way to enhance your interaction with twitter followers and will definitely boost your twitter following.
