MillionPixelTwitterPage.com: David’s Idea to generate a ROI of 50000%

There are definitely some people generating over 200% ROI on their affiliate sales but this guy is fantastic. He hopes to generate a ROI of 50000% and aims to turn an investment of $200 into $100,000. He is David, a twenty year old student who is bent on raising $100,000 with his innovative idea – ‘Million Pixel Twitter Page’.

While the concept is very much similar to Alex Tew’s Million Dollar Homepage idea, David has modified a bit of it by connecting two technology bubbles – twitter.com and milliondollarhomepage.com; and changing the price of pixels. Instead of trying to raise 1 mn dollars for the sake of his education by selling a pixel at $1 (as was did by Alex of MillionDollarHomepage), David plans to sell a pixel at $0.1 and make $100,000 (no one needs $1mn for the sake of education).

While enquiring about his new idea, I went for a ‘hows and whats’ conversation with David. Here the conversation between me (Aditya) and David:

Aditya: What led you to develop ‘Million Pixel Twitter Page’ ?

David: Well, I have problems with my education payments but despite the financial motivation, because I’m web developer and I’m having fun doing projects like this one, I went for this project.

Aditya: Why do you think people will spend money and buy pixels at ‘Million Pixel twitter page’? What are the benefits that they (as a Twitter user) will get?

David: ‘Million Pixel Twitter Page’ is something new and I think people are good and will help if someone needs help. Of course they will get a chance to be a part of the Internet history and gain some extra followers.

Aditya: What was the investment in the ‘Million Pixel Twitter Page’ project?

David: I had $200 which was spent for domain name registration and ads on twitter and facebook.

Aditya: What is the cost of each pixel that you sell on ‘Million Pixel Twitter Page’?

David: One pixel costs $0.1. You can buy from 100 to 4900 pixels.

Aditya: How has the idea worked so far?

David: It’s a 4th week and I think it’s doing pretty good. So far 15,200 pixels have been sold.

Aditya: What will be the ‘ultimate gain’ of the project?

David: I can’t really answer that question, because it’s a 4th week and it’s hard to tell how much profit I will get. I have 1 million pixels and if I sell each for $0.1 I would make 100,000 dollars. One thing I know for sure – ‘I will not give up!’
