vozMe is an online service that converts text into speech. Besides having a customary web version of the utility, it also provides webmaster tools for adding text-to-speech functionality to any website/blog and a bookmarklet for converting text into speech while browsing web.

With a WordPress plugin and a blogger template code, vozMe makes it easy for webmasters to add an option for allowing visitors to listen to their blog posts instead of reading them. Besides adding Text to Speech functionality to the websites, vozMe also has an online text to speech tool at their homepage. You can paste a text on to the text are of their homepage, select a voice type (male/female) and click on ‘create MP3’ button to hear the text you pasted.

Also, there is a bookmarklet available at the vozMe website. This bookmarklet converts any selected text in your web browser to a MP3 file and plays it. You first need to install the bookmarklet. Now just select any text as you browse, click the vozMe bookmarklet in your browser and you will hear the text.
