Sayabit: Convert files into URLs for easy sharing on social networks

If you are an avid member of some social community sites and often share files and links on them, here is a cool web app for you. Named as Sayabit, it an online tool that makes the process of online file sharing extremely easy and simple.

Sayabit allows you to share files via short URLs. You need to register at Sayabit for uploading files whereas URLs can be shortened without even registering. As for registration, it is very simple and takes under a minute. When you register your account, Sayabit will provide you a personal page in the format – www. Sayabit.com/username where files uploaded by you will reside with their download links.

Once you have registered and logged in to your account, just click the ‘Upload’ button from under the ‘Shorten’ button and upload your file. As soon as your file is uploaded, you will be given a short URL for sharing. Besides giving a shortened link, Sayabit also allows you to add password to your uploaded files and provides option to set expiry date as well.

As of now, Sayabit allows following file formats- gif, jpg, png, bmp.doc, docx, pdf, xls, xlsx, txt, ppt and pptx files and provides 50 MB of storage capacity with option to purchase extra space (if needed). It also provides Twitter integration so as to simplify the work of file sharing.
