Waveboard: A Google Wave Desktop Client for Mac OS X

by Aditya on November 1, 2009 · 0 comments

A few weeks back I wrote about a Google Wave Desktop client for Windows system. Here is another desktop client for Google Wave but this time it is for Mac OS X users only. Named as Waveboard, it is a ready-to-hand Google Wave desktop client for Mac OS X systems.

Waveboard eliminates the necessity to use Google Wave from web browser and brings it to your desktop.

Features of Waveboard include:

  • Supports Mac native keyboard shortcut
  • Print single waves
  • Open on “wave:<ID>”
  • Copy Wave ID
  • System menu status
  • Growl notifications
  • Bagde notifications
  • Remember last open waves
  • Drag and Drop support (Gears/SL)
