If you are a user of Google’s web photo album management software Picasa and you are looking for an easier way to download photo albums from Picasa web to your local hard disk, here is a tool for you. Named as Picasa Downloader, it is a nice and small utility for downloading public web albums from Picasa to your local hard disk.
To download a Picasa web album using Picasa Downloader, you should proceed as follows:
- Enter the Picasa username.
- Hit the list button. You will then see list of public albums.
- Select the Picasa web albums you intend to download.
- Press the Download button.
- The pictures from Picasa web album will be saved in your ‘My Pictures’ folder present in ‘My Documents’.
