MailDrop lets you upload files to Dropbox by sending files on your e-mail

Dropbox is the easiest way to store, synchronise and share files online. To simplify this easiness further, here is a nice and clean utility. Named as MailDrop, it is an application that expands the scope of Dropbox and allows you to upload files to Dropbox using your e-mail.

E-mails with the label Dropbox are automatically sent to MailDrop folder in your Dropbox. This allows you to upload files to Dropbox from your mobile device or from any computer in the world without having you to log into your Dropbox account.

This utility runs in the background on your computer and periodically checks for a specified e-mail address. When it finds an e-mail in the Dropbox folder/Dropbox label of your e-mail, it automatically searches for attachments and downloads them. The attachments are saved to your local Dropbox where Dropbox then takes care of uploading them.
