Reduce size of multiple images in one go

If you are a blogger or a web publisher, you must be knowing of the importance of having compact-size images for use on webpages. It not only reduces your server bandwidth but also makes it easily loadable on a low speed internet connection. You also need small sized pictures for sending them to friends via email. Whatever be the reason, the fact is – the smaller the image size, the better for web use.

Image Converter is a free tool that can do this work of batch compressing files easily. Using this tool is no brainer. It has a very simple UI. Just select input folder (where images to be compressed are located) and output folder (where compressed images are to be stored). Now as a final step, specify the compression ratio and output image format. Next, click on ‘Process’ button.
