I recently came across a fantastic utility which stimulates iPhone on Windows and lets you test and design your themes for Winterboard application right on your computer. For those who are unaware of Winterboard, it is an iPhone application which will lets you customise the appearance of your jail broken iPhone. The name of the utility is iPhone Theme Stimulator and it is stimulates iPhone capabilities on your windows PC.

With this utility, it becomes very easy to customise your springboard, Lock screen, iPhone status bar, battery logo, background, time and date area, scroll buttons and application icons. With the iPhone stimulation capability on your computer, you can test the designs on your PC itself. This eliminates the unnecessary and lengthy work of having you to load the designs on the iPhone everytime you have to test it.
