Hi, first I have to say that your website has solved numerous dilemmas of mine! thank you, and keep up the amazing work. Now for my problem; I’ve recently lost all data on my USB. It’s not gone, I just can’t see it. This is hard to explain: when I open it, it shows no files or folders whatsoever. However, in the properties window, I can see it’s not empty (it has a size). I’ve tried various file recovery programs, but they’re too complicated and the trial version is very limited. Please help me by suggesting a file recovery program that is free, easy-to-use, and guaranteed to get all my files back [ASAP]. Thanks a lot in advance.
Sincerely,
Diana

I think http://www.finerecovery.com/finerecovery.exe should work fine for you. This tool is capable of recovering files from USB and is totally free. Please try and tell me how it works.

Dear Aditya,
The voice recording site that you created was a wonderful idea. It’s especially nice for people in very different time zones who like to communicate but who also like to get enough sleep!

Neither of my two friends who I’ve sent my voice recordings have been able to open them. What are they supposed to ‘enter’ where it asks for their password? Was I supposed to give them my own password that I ‘created’ when I set up my Vocaroo account? If so, I’ll need to change that password to something that I don’t mind giving to other people.

The Vocaroo link wouldn’t let me ‘in’ this morning, so I haven’t been able to access my account yet to check out these details. Again, thanks for sharing your great idea with all of us.

You need to give the password that you set during the process of sending your voice recording. YOu need to give your account password. If you think that you did not set up any password during sending of voice message, please send your query to – http://vocaroo.com/info.php

By the way, I am not the owner of Vocaroo. I only own this blog.

Hi – I have a special need that for voice recognition that could be useful to many boomers with elderly parents. My dad is nearly deaf. I would like to talk into my iphone then pass it to him to read. He would need larger, bolder type for his 90- year-old eyes. We could actually have a conversation like that. Even better if he could see what i say on his own screen (but not an iphone – he’d never spends the bucks so for that). What do you think?
